A little about the teacher...

My name is Jerry Fudala and I am a private percussion teacher. My wife and I moved to Florida in early June of 2007. I decided to start teaching drums because I know that a lot of people want to learn how to play. I have been playing since the 3rd grade. It is my goal to see to it that every student that I teach has what it takes to become better drummers and percussionists. I am skilled in drumset, snare, bongos, latin, jazz, and rock style playing. I will teach you how to read drum music and explain how notes are played, along with different styles and speeds to enhance your experience and skill. My history includes playing the snare and tri-toms in marching band, drum set in stage band (for basketball games and pep rallies), various instruments in district band and concert band. I was the percussion section leader in high school my Junior and Senior year. I have also played the drumset in church for several years. I live in the Belleview area near Summerfield, Florida. I am currently taking new students to teach at my home. If you would like to schedule a time to call or meet with me about taking lessons, you can reach my cell phone at 724-322-0370. If you have been wanting to take up an instrument, the drums are one of the noisiest, but also the most fun! Contact me anytime with any questions, and remember, you can learn some things from books and DVD's but there is no substitute for a live teacher! Thank you, Jerry Fudala |
